Description
BRIDAL SALON FOR SALE Located on the Square in Independence, MO  $79,999.00 PRICE REDUCED! If you are looking to open for business right away, this is the answer.  A ready-made store with one year of advertising behind it.  Either stay at this location or move to another one. The lease is up September 8, 2008. Includes all inventory, fixtures, dress forms, counters, displays. Bridal gowns, prom gowns, girls flower girl dresses, custom-made Renaissance style costumes for weddings, veils, parasols, jewelry and more.  New owner would stay at same location with new lease from building owner or move store to another location.  Current owner is selling due to health reasons. Store is primarily a bridal salon that specializes in purchasing bridal gowns from salons that have gone out of business or are reducing their inventory.  These are all new gowns offered at half the price that they are found elsewhere.  This is a good market - a lot of brides just can't afford the high-end salons. However, we do some high-end work, too. We also do custom-made work specializing in the Renaissance period and have many items in stock, but do mostly special order work.  There are a couple of fairy bridal gowns and quite a few other costumes as well.  New owner could continue if a seamstress is on staff, otherwise this portion could be discontinued.  We also have a wonderful collection of vintage gowns from 1880 - 1960 that we put on display for free to encourage traffic in the store.  We have a new relationship with Mary's Bridal and were just getting ready to place our first order for 10 gowns.  The new owner could go almost any direction with the store. You will note in the pictures that there is one photo of glass counters and other items not related to bridal - this is the second side of the store that will be included in the price.  This side could be used as an extention to the salon or even another bridal/party related store such as a florist, balloon artist, party store, tuxedo rentals, etc. Inventory:  (see separate itemized listing to be provided upon request) New designer bridal gowns (Mori-Lee, Bianchi, Mary’s Bridal, Alfred Angelo, Demitri, David’s Bridal, many more too numerous to mention) Custom-made Renaissance style wedding wear and theatrical quality costumes including pirate shirts, corsets, chemises, and dresses for weddings or fairs. Vintage bridal gowns in very good to excellent condition (1940’s – 1970’s) -- the latest trend with new brides!. Prom/mother/of bride gowns Vintage gowns for display (or for sale) from 1880-1960  Girl’s flower girl dresses and formals Tiaras, necklaces, bracelets, earrings, brooches  Parasols, hats , veils , crinolines Theatrical quality men's pirate and poet shirts, one kilt, pirate hats, women's renaissance gowns, victorian gowns, edwardian aprons, pioneer dresses, and more!. There may be a few items left on layaway, which the new owner will be responsible for getting to the customers.
