It is used in good condition. The belt is made by Bashlin, model number D21. It is all leather and a little worn and dirty. There are NO rips, tears or missed stitching. I don’t know what brand the spikes are. The buckles have some rust and the tops have a hole where the spikes have worn on them (see the last photo) They are padded and the tops Velcro around the leg while the bottoms buckle around the ankle.
