Panel door with 3/4 exterior plywood over floor and diamond plate over plywood. New Fluorescent lighting. Refrigeration 3- 71/2 HP. compressor. Only 2 compressors were used for the freezer. One was a back up. This box includes all piping, controls, freon and switches. Box is an exterior box with self supporting interior seal. Box can be turned on for any potential buyer to check temperature with small deposit applied toward purchase price. Back up compressor needs to be replaced.
