A nice 20 pan Century gas oven, 3 phase. It was working great right up to the time that we closed our doors. We put in new bearings when it was installed 5 years ago and new insulation was added. We even have the ordinal blue prints for this oven. A 80qt Vulcan mixer, 3 phase, with two 80 qt bowls and attachments. Also there is two 40qt. bowls and attachments, but it doesn't have the adapter to make it fit onto the mixer. I did have a machinist stop by and say he could make one for me, but I just never got around to it. This mixer was working great when we closed. BakerAid proofer. Model: BAP 3 RI.  Holds two racks, is all stainless steel. It just needs 110 v and a supply of water. It is in very good working condition. Oliver floor bread slicer model 797. An older piece but in great working condition with new blades just installed. Moline Bun Slicer, Model 250 Moline sheeter. This was the workhorse of our bakery along with our mixer. We were not a high volume bakery, but this machine worked everyday we did. The bottom belt may need replaced or repaired. The top belt is still in good shape. There are several donut cutters, long john cutters, and biscuit, or Bismarck cutters. LVO FL-14 pan washer. A great unit that would be worth the price of this whole auction. It is a 3 phase and needs a water hookup and some very minor repair to the rack rails, but this is nothing to stop it from being used immediately. Not pictured Some older equipment that would be included is;      (2) Acme 8 sheeters for parts or repair;        Dutchess bunn divider 36 piece,        Dutchess rounder 36 piece, works but is old; There are numerous baking pans and racks along with a host of misc. bakery supplies.
