This automated machine produced thousands of pens per hour but now is no longer in production. Few items have been removed from this machine to use on other production machines so this machine is no longer capable of assembling ink pens as you see it. The machine will be sold as is like what you see in the photos. This machine could be used for other applications or use the automated components for other applications. The frame (blue) is welded 3 1/4" square tubing measuring 23ft long x 3 1/2ft wide x 3ft high with six vertical legs and leeling pads at the bottom of each one. The frame also has removeable powder coated sheet metal panels to cover the inside compents. The base plate on top of the frame is one solid piece of ground plate measuring 1" thick x 23 ft long x 40 inches wide. This machine has three PLC control panels (complete), electricial panels(complete), control panels (complete), handheld remotes, multiple electric motors, optical sensors, and wiring diagrams. Also has multiple air cylinders, air lines, relays, and manifolds. Built within the frame there is a main drive shaft measuring 22 ft long with multiple cams that operate the drive line of the machine. The machine has guards around the machine for operators safety. Most all of the assembly stations are in tact as they were in production. These stations can be removed and used for other applications. The overall size of the machine is 23 ft long x 3 1/2 ft wide x 6 ft high and weighs approximately 8,000 pounds. Machine was build in 1997 in Italy.  If you build machinery of automated types this machine can save you money and time versus starting from new.
