The intermittent motion of this fully automatic horizontal wrapper is ideal for overwrapping large industrial products where total enclosure is required. Up to 15 packages per minute. Operates by manually or automatically presenting the product to the infeed conveyor. The required spacing can be created either by the machine or upstream of the system. The product is then conveyed through a film forming head and a cross seal is made. A shrink tunnel with a hot plate, located beneath the tunnel belt, seals the film overlap on the bottom of the package. The result is an attractive, totally enclosed product.  Ideal for overwrapping large industrial products such as: windows, doors, ceiling tiles, insulation, and pizza boxes.
