The head rest is color grey.  the new owner may wish to have the chair reupholstered so that the head rest, back and seat will all match in color. The motor run's quietly.The chair will do a manual tilt for minor surgical procedures.   The stand, made by Reliance, model # 7720  has 2 arms one for slit lamp and a counter balanced phoroptor arm, and an overhead lamp. There are no charging wells.  In addition there is an AO standard projector, # 11082 complete with mounting hardware, (on the stand) and both slides.
