Description
4 Neodymium Magnets 1" diameter x 1/2" thick Disc N48 Rare Earth You are buying ONE lot of 4 Magnets.   Size: 1 inch diameter x 1/2 inch thick discs (25.4 mm x 12.7 mm)Nickel (Ni) Plated (silver-like shine) Grade: N48 - Extremely powerful magnetic material Pull Force is approximately 49 pounds per piece under ideal conditions   These discs are axially magnetized, so the strong North/South poles are in the center of the flat sides. That makes them easier to stack into a cylinder than to connect side by side.   ***WARNING*** These are Very Powerful Magnets! Magnets of this size and strength can pull metals objects to them when brought too close. Two magnets of this size will fly together with great force and can easily pinch fingers and skin.   DO NOT allow children to play with these magnets. They are simply too strong.   Also, even though these magnets are coated with tough nickel metal, all neodymium magnets can chip and break. The larger the magnet, the easier this can happen. When placing a magnet on metal, try to ease it onto the surface. If it "flys" onto it, it can shatter. Trust me, I know from experience. Please excercise caution and planning when using these magnets and they can serve you for a lifetime (and without bruises) :-)         These Neodymium Iron Boron magnets are also known as "Rare Earth" or NdFeB magnets. Neodymium magnets are simply incredible! They are far more powerful than those old horseshoe magnets most of us grew up with.   What can these magnets be used for?   They are fun to play with, but these magnets have many practical uses as well. Use them on the fridge. Put them to work in the tool shed. Use them as fasteners on cabinetry. They are great for science experiments. You are limited only by your imagination.US buyers pay $6.50 for the first set and $2.50 for each additional identical set for S&H.Satisfaction Guaranteed
