I purchased this sometime ago for my son and neighborhood kids to enjoy, well you guessed it they have out grown it and now it sits lonely on my front porch crying out for some little kids to ride it. Anyway this carousel is constructed of fiberglass and steel and weighs about 200 pounds. The canopy top removes easily with one nut for easy moving of the unit. The carousel is fully operational and I did test it again before putting it on ebay. Takes 25 cents to get it up and running and it plays a music while the carousel turns. The kids have their choice of riding a frog, fish, or duck. The carasoul operates of standard 110, so no need for special wiring. The carousel stands 6' from floor to top of canopy, and the base itself is about 4' in diameter not including the coin box and extension. This is in very good condition and works well, but it will need a new lock to the coin box, and one of the metal feet casters underneath the base will need to be replaced. This would be nice outside of any buisiness for a cash maker or just buy it like I did for the kids. This will have to be picked up or you will need to arrange for shipping. When I purchased this I used a pick up truck and two of us loaded it up. Before bidding please read this so there is no misunderstanding on any of my auctions. First I ship through the USPS, and flat items such as comics, magazines, etc weighing 13oz or less are shipped first class mail in a padded envelope. Any items that will fit into a priority box issued by USPS will be shipped Priority mail, I believe the largest size at this time is a 12 X 12 X 8. Larger items are shipped out parcel post, this is a delayed process and usually takes anywhere from 14 to 21 days to get to you. If you would like to have your large package items shipped priority mail the cost is generally about 2 1/2 times the cost of stated parcel post shipping. Large items being shipped priority is not practical, as the expense sometimes exceeds the cost of the item, but I will leave this up to the buyer. Any insurance is the sole responsibility of the buyer and must be paid upon checkout. Last I do not do feedback, I work a lot of hours and my time is of the essence, so feedback is the last thing on my mind, I do not mind if you leave feedback, but please do not email me asking for me to leave feedback.
