This awesome, and very early era booklet contains color illustrations and pictures of  home exteriors , interiors and roofs as well as the color plate cards below each picture, featured. These are the actual color plate cards that this company had available and suggested the use of same . Very arts and crafts Era. No date on Book, but from the illustrations appears to be 1900 to 1920's or so. You decide. Outside cover shows minor edge wear and age. Interior is in excellent condition. Beautiful representation and a must have addition of the arts and crafts era, to your architectural collections, and very important to have these color cards, if you have or are restoring a home, dwelling, bungalow in the authentic arts and crafts era.
