Created by an expert woodworker the item for sale in this auction is stained birch veneer, with solid wood drawer sides. What's being sold: The item listed is a 5-drawer flat file cabinet designed to accommodate 42x30 paper comfortably. It includes 5 drawers, a top, and a base. All cabinets are finished with one of our existing stain+finish combinations or matched, as best as possible, to your requirements.   We love doing custom work, adding different materials such as cloth for a special-look or staining the cabinet to bring out the wood grain. These cabinets are stackable, and we welcome multiple orders. This cabinet is designed to accommodate 42x30-sized paper comfortably. actual inside size of the drawers is 43x31 outside dimensions of the cabinet are 46x34 (width x depth). The height of the cabinet is 21 1/8" with top and base The drawers have 3" fronts and are 2" deep inside. Our price is $$hundreds$$ less than factory-produced flat files. How can we do that? We are a small family-owned shop in Bucks County, PA. Most of our work has historically been for existing local customers who want custom solutions crafted to their exact needs. We entered the eBay market after seeing the demand our flat files and other office furniture has been generating among existing customers. Some other options available are: finished back, so the cabinet can be put in a middle of the room ( e.g. used as a coffee table) oak or mahogany, instead of birch casters vs. wooden base (default). Wooden casters are rated for 110lbs each. (option shown above) full extension metal glides. canvas or felt lining for the drawer bottoms. Shipping is via UPS Freight Service for a flat $200 fee per cabinet. depending on the exact configuration of the item ordered. We begin building all orders at the time of ordering, so please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery. Shipping cost includes curbside freight service to your office or residence, packing materials, and all the handling charges. We use only top of the line packing materials, and top freight service (UPS).
