If you take the time to do this and view all the information and pictures, you wont regret it. You will also be fully informed before making a decision on this purchase. Thanks for looking! The I.M.F. and the world bank have been keeping the price of gold artificially suppressed for over two decades by buying high and selling low in huge amounts. However, the game will soon be up, and future world events will contribute to circumstances that will drive the price of gold up where it should be in relation to all other economic indicators, in spite of their efforts!!!!! At the rate the price of gold will be soaring, pretty soon, we will be selling similar claims for $50,000.00!!!!!! Get in while you can!! According to research, we are one of the original, and quite possibly, THE original claim seller on eBay, making the rest Johnnies-Come-Lately. Such has always been the case whith 6 generations of my family's mining history in Arizona. One family member would make a big strike through hard work, and suddenly thousands would descend on him to jump on his bandwagon. Therefore our knowledge of the area and Customer Service is unrivaled and unmatched in many regards. Many mistakes made by other sellers are simply made out of ignorance, and not out of intent to defraud. Some of the more impressive ones include (3) 160 acre claims bought for the price of one of our 40 acre claims. The happy customer set up camp and began operations. Shortly thereafter, a heavily armed rancher showed up and ran them off!! It turned out that the "claims" were on private land patented under the Stock Raising and Homestead act. A local would have known that, but not the carpet baggers who filed and sold those "claims". Another incident happened in California where a claim was sold along a beautiful creek with tall pine trees. Sure there was enough flour gold to keep a person just getting started happy until they saw better elsewhere, but one day some heavily armed officers showed up to evict them. IT turns out that the entire creek was "road corridor", and the tiny sliver of useless cliff on the "claim", that was actually open to mineral entry was invalid due to the fact that the location was in the corridor. The unhappy new owners were charged with trespass and heavily fined. They now have a criminal record for their trouble. I could write a large volume on these type of incidents which have occured in the last three years alone, since people who have absolutely no knowledge of Mining Law decided to jump on the Claim Sales Bandwagon. As for customer service, I have heard many stories of people who were sent a map, told "good luck" and their claim seller changed names. We don't dont do that to our claim buyers. We spend as much time as we can with our customers and feel that our knowledge and experience is as or more valuable than the claim itself. We don't hide our bidder id's or our feedback. Our bidding process is completely transparent so that you know we are not having "strawmen" shill bid our claims up. We also don't post bogus "questions from seller" to make it appear an unrelated third party is defaming a competitor. We guarantee that this claim has gold! It has actually been tested! We guarantee that this claim has been fully and legally staked , located, and filed with both the BLM and the proper county recorders office, on BLM land open to mineral entry! WE ALSO GUARANTEE THAT THE GOLD ON THIS CLAIM WAS PUT THERE BY MOTHER NATURE, AND WAS NOT JUST "SALTED" BY A CON MAN IN ONE SMALL AREA IN ORDER TO SELL YOU A WORTHLESS CLAIM!!! YOU MIGHT FIND THIS GUARANTEE PLAGARISED IN OTHER LISTINGS, BUT IT WONT BE THE ORIGINAL GUARANTEE BACKED BY THE 5TH AND 6TH GENERATION NATIVE ARIZONA MINING BRANCH OF THE BIGELOW FAMILY!! We are established sellers and physical business owners with extensive references, great feedback, and have been at our current location since 1969. We are not "Carpetbaggers" who just fell off the turnip wagon, and decided to jump into claim sales with only a minimal knowledge of mining law, and mining in general. We are 5th and 6th generation native Arizona miners who mine what we sell and sell what we mine. We don't "mine the miners", we earn our sustenence by the sweat of our brow and the blood of our veins. This claim has been filed with both the BLM and county recorders office, and we have actually been out to the claim and tested it. It has not just been drawn in on a map and sent in to BLM without ever having been visited. It is also not being offered for sale before even being filed with the BLM! Make sure to ask for an AMC (serial) number for any claim before you decide to bid!! They shouldn't be for sale if they haven't even been filed yet! The San Domingo placer belt is not just "near" (as in 90 miles west in the bleak barren big horn or harquahala mountains, or in the micron gold mountains around Wickieup or Bagdad where one has to have an electron microscope to see the gold, if there even is any, or old Iron mines passed off as gold mines near Lake Havasu and Parker, or on forest land in the Bradshaws where the only thing you can use is a gold pan, or on the "flour gold flats" below the picked clean and mined out placers of Stanton, Octave, and Rich Hill in general), It is within a rifle shot of where these nuggets have been found!!! Just look up any website related to Arizona gold nuggets (type in search words "San Domingo", "Little San Domingo," and "LSD" [which is the commonly used acronym for "Little San Domingo"] ), and while you will find dozens of pictures of monster nuggets found in the San Domingo and Little San Domingo watershed, you will find little mention, if any, of the big horn mountains, harquahala mountains, harcuvar mountains, buckskin mountains, or any of the other previously mentioned areas. I have prospected those areas for 30 years, and never found anything over a pinpoint speck!!! Most of those areas are bleak, barren, 40 miles from water, and two feet from hades. THE NUGGET IN THE STORY DOES NOT BELONG TO US AND THEREFORE IS NOT OFFERED FOR SALE IN THIS LISTING. While it's true that there are cheaper and bigger claims to be had, it is also true that an old, broken down, rusted out semi rig with questionable title can be had much cheaper than a Top Condition Hummer H2. In other words, you get what you pay for. There was one guy who bought four of those 160 acre claims on ebay from another seller, because he thought they were "such a good deal". Three months later, after a lot of hard work, and only finding a little bit of color in areas originally pointed out to him by the seller, and none anywhere else on the entire SIX HUNDRED AND FORTY ACRES, he called me up and asked if I would be interested in trading 3 of those 160 acre claims that he had purchased on ebay from someone else for one of my 40 acre claims that I had listed on ebay at that time. I politely declined. I recently helped out another person who has become a Family Friend. He puchased a 160 acre claim near Wenden, went and worked it hard for an entire week, and came out with less than a cup of black sand. He demanded his money back, and purchased one of our 40 acre claims. He has been out to visit the claim he purchased from us and went home a very happy man. Moral of the stories folks, 160 acres of nothing is nothing. And 640 acres of nothing is still nothing, even if you got the entire 640 acres for half the price of my 40 acres. Use your noodle, why were these massive tracts of land sitting around with no claims on them until these boys showed up?! I know of very few, if any, 160 acre claims sold in the last couple of years on which a mining entity could not successfully contest Title to Mineral, and easily win in Civil Court. Luckily for the new "owners", real mining companies have no interest in the areas these 160 acre claims are placed in. Many of these 160 acre claims have been bought and sold 6 and 7 times on ebay due to the fact that the "owner" who purchased it from the original "locator" was unhappy with it, and decided to relist it on ebay, rather than trying to get their money back. Then the next "tinhorn" shows up and repeats the process, and so on. In many cases, they are passing along a worthless piece of paper, as Due Diligence was never originally performed to "perfect Title to Mineral" prior to Original Transfer. If anyone wants to know what I'm talking about, spend a few years cracking Mineral Law books!!! Now, why don't we sell mass amounts of 160 acre claims? #1, we don't mass stake, file, and sell claims regardless of mineral content , or lack thereof. As most viable gold mineralization is already staked, we usually have to wait around until one of the Old Timers passes to the "Goldfields in the Sky", or purchase them from the current owners. #2. As studied in Mineral Law as I am, I feel that on a 160 acre claim, even if every concievable "Due Diligence to Perfect Title to Mineral" has been performed, said Title to Mineral is at best scetchy, and it would be a disservice to our loyal customers to sell them a 160 acre claim! The pictures below of mineral and ore specimens are not material brought in and dropped on the ground by a con man to fool a greenhorn, these are specimens which are in place in veins obviously put there by Mother Nature. Having summarily dispensed with said alleged "pedigrees", I shall now expound on mine own, in extremely condensed fashion. I am a fifth generation NATIVE ARIZONA MINER who risks his life DEEP IN THE EARTH to bring you the FINEST MINERALS IN THE WORLD!!! I have been tracking down legends of lost mines in Arizona since TIME before TIME when COPPER was KING, Phoenix was small, and MEN were LEGENDS IN THEIR OWN TIME!!! As a kid, I prowled the tunnels and shafts of North Mountain, under what is now THE POINT AT TAPATIO CLIFFS. In later years, I spent many hours deep in the bowels of Sunset Mountain at 83rd Ave. and Pinnacle Peak Rd., in Phoenix, AZ. Collecting fine GOLD MATRIX SPECIMENS!!! These mines are all blown shut, and $500,000 homes built over them. A large in-ground pool sits atop the entrance to the old Glory Hole at Sunset Mountain!! All my life I have criss-crossed every square mile of Arizona, trying to preserve some of its precious treasures for future generations before it all falls prey to the developer's bulldozers at the current rate of AN ACRE AN HOUR!!!! I remember by the time I was ten, I fancied myself a world class miner! I'd hear dad busting firewood at 4:30 in the morning, and I'd force myself out of the cozy, broken down camp trailer. Dad would get the fire going, put the grate on, dump the coffee grounds in the pot, fill it with water, and set it on the fire. Every morning, shaking and chattering as I thawed, listening to the pop of the embers in the fire, I'd turn to dad and say "you figure I'm old enough to drink coffee, Pa?" And every morning he'd say "give it a bit, boy." On this particular morning, we were off to do some surveying and install some claim posts to expand the property on a new part of the strike Dad had found. We woke the "Womenfolk" (mom and my two sisters) up before we left and strapped on our canteens and tool packs. Dad hoisted a bundle of claim posts over his shoulder, I struggled to hoist a pick and shovel over mine, and we were off! I remember Dad's long stride, and as I closely followed him through the cholla cactus "forest" I tried in vain to match his step, attempting to place my small feet in his huge boot prints. I remember looking at his broad, powerful back, and thinking, "I'm gonna be like him, yeah, ya know I'm gonna be like him!" And suddenly here I am 28 years later, two buckets of ore in my hands, and my own kids trailing eagerly behind, each with a rock of their own to carry, trying to match my stride. I notice, and a smile crosses my face, a tear of remembrance moistens the corner of my eye and I think, "I'm just like him." And so, through the course of destiny I now bring you the exclusive premier offering of one of the finest mining properties currently in my possession, and the legendary story of my ongoing association with it, beginning back in the Winter of '72! You're sitting by a warmly glowing, softly crackling campfire in my mining camp, relaxing after a hard day's labor. The sweet smell of wood smoke permeates the cool night air, the crickets are chirping, the frogs singing down by the creek. Off in the distance down the canyon, a whippoorwill is lamenting, "poor will, poor will!", and you hear the loud cough of a mountain lion on the cliff far above as he tries in vain to rid his nostrils of the burning scent of humans! Your hand instinctively edges nearer the Buck Knife on your belt, even though you know he is probably more afraid of you than you are of him. The moon has set, and the Milky Way is spread out above you in blazing glory; Draco, Asia minor, the North Star, and Mars are so close, you can almost touch them. You lean back and look up, drinking in the glorious beauty of it all. Now your attention is drawn back to camp by the Great Horned Owl who always roosts near camp in the Giant Mesquite, knowing that the field mice and Kangaroo rats will come out to scout for dinner scraps after you have gone to bed. But for now, he patiently and plaintively wants to know "who?". Click here to hear the owl asking "who?".I break the long, meditative silence between us; I will now tell you the story of a lost legendary mine! This is one that I have been hearing about, reading about, and looking for for Twelve Long Years. The Legend has it that there was a ridge of strange looking Brown and Orange rock near the top of the Hieroglyphic mountains. It goes on to say that a young Yaqui-Apache warrior camped near this ridge on his Vision Quest. He used some of these stones for his fire ring, built a large fire with long burning ironwood, and then slipped into a trance, brought on purposely by exhaustion and hunger. During this trance, he was greeted by his personal Totem Animal Spirit (these are kept secret) who said he was to become a wealthy chieftain. When he awoke with the setting of the next sun, he stirred the ashes to check for live coals, and saw with astonishment that the rocks of his fire ring had wept gold during his vision! He scooped these up and ran many miles back to his village, where he fell ill for several days. Upon returning to this area, he could not relocate the ledge. Another version of the same legend said that there were signs of digging in the area, and that the young warrior had found a "strange hat made of metal." This "hat" description is strangely reminiscent of the helmets worn by the Peraltas during their Gold seeking expeditions in the 1500's in the Southwest and Mexico. This lode is said to have been rediscovered during the Great Depression, and mined secretly until the Partners were called off to World War Two, where they were killed in battle, never to return. The story was told in later years by their widows who had only a vague idea of where the mine was. The location given was several miles north of Rattle Snake Lil's stage stop at Brown's Well on the 1880's Wickenburg-to-Phoenix stage trail, which would put you directly in the San Domingo watershed, where a FIFTY THOUSAND DOLLAR NUGGET containing ONE and ONE HALF POUNDS of PURE GOLD was found a couple of winters ago with a metal detector just three inches below the surface by a retired winter visitor from Colorado!!!! **************************************************************************** THIS IS A COPY OF THE STORY THAT APPEARED IN THE "WICKENBURG SUN" ABOUT THE NUGGET FIND REPRINTED HERE WITH THEIR PERMISSION (all names and identifying information has been removed to protect the identities of those involved at their request): "Thar's gold around Wickenburg, neighbor! By Phillip Swift, Staff Writer .................. a winter visitor with a metal detector, found a specimen in red quartz a while back containing 1.47 (troy) pounds of gold. (He) brought the specimen, with a value he estimated between $15,000-50,000 depending on who you talk to, into the Wickenburg Sun office last week. The location of his big find was southeast of town in an area he described as Red Pichacho, near the Santa Domingo Wash area. I found it in a small wash, not more than two feet wide, about three inches underground.................. Anybody with a metal detector could have found it, he added. The specimen (reddish quartz rock) itself weighs 847 grams, of which 549 grams are gold. (He) has a number of photographs he has taken of the valuable icon. He said he is still uncertain about what he is going to do with it, although the probability is he will sell it to the highest bidder. Meanwhile, I¹ll keep it in a safe deposit box, he said, grinning." **************************************************************************** All of the locals know that the San Domingo(quoted in the newspaper article as "Santa Domingo") mining district is heavily saturated with placer and lode gold in the vicinity of this claim!!!! This fact is well illustrated by the multitude of claimposts bristling from any available BLM land in the area. Most viable claims in Arizona are already staked and the rest are disappearing fast! Don't let anyone kid you, it takes thousands of hours to prospect and locate a viable claim that is actually currently open to mineral entry and is akin to your chances of hitting the lottery! However, your chances of being prosecuted for felony mineral tresspass and having search warrants served on your home are extremely high!!! This means that for every viable claim currently legally located by the novice, thousands of dollars in fuel, research, materials, etc. have been expended along with much frustration and meeting with dead ends. **************************************************** EXTRA!!! EXTRA!! READ ALL ABOUT IT!! Massive sixty-four ounce gold in quartz specimen found by Sasquatch in San Domingo Placer Belt!! This SPECTACULAR SPECIMEN was recently found by a Sasquatch, locally known as Ted Bigelow (me!), in the San Domingo Placer Belt!! Let me tell ya folks, once I find the vein THIS came from, I WONT BE SELLING ANY MORE OF THESE CLAIMS ON EBAY!!!!! EVER!!! **************************************************** *>>>>>*>>>>>*>>>>>*>>>>>*>>>>>*>>>>>*>>>>>*>>>>>*>>>>>*>>>>>* >>>>>*>>>>>*>>>>>* >>>>>* >>>>>* We want to be perfectly honest and clear on what you will be bidding on. This is an UNPATENTED MINING CLAIM. Don't let anyone fool you about unpatented mining claims. Although full ownership of this claim may become available to the claimant in the future through the patenting process (currently under moratorium), for now ownership of the land itself is retained by the Federal Government and managed by the BLM(Bureau of Land Management). Upon purchase of this MINING CLAIM, you will own the locatable mineral rights. You CAN camp on it for 14 days if you aren't actively mining it, and if a plan of operation is aproved for active full scale mining and appropriate bond filed living quarters may be erected for management and crew (not a luxury home), must be approved by BLM, meet with zoning codes, and MUST be removed once operations have ceased. Once a mining operation has ceased, the land MUST be restored to satisfactory condition in order to reclaim your bond. *>>>>>*>>>>>*>>>>>*>>>>>*>>>>>*>>>>>*>>>>>*>>>>>*>>>>>*>>>>>* >>>>>*>>>>>*>>>>>* >>>>>* >>>>>* WE GUARANTEE THAT THIS CLAIM IS FULLY AND LEGALLY STAKED, POSTED, AND LOCATED, AND THE PAPERWORK IS UP TO DATE. WE FURTHER GUARANTEE THAT THIS IS NOT JUST A "PAPER HUNG" CLAIM. TITLE TO MINERAL HAS ACTUALLY BEEN PERFECTED AND DOCUMENTED. *>>>>>*>>>>>*>>>>>*>>>>>*>>>>>*>>>>>*>>>>>*>>>>>*>>>>>*>>>>>* >>>>>*>>>>>*>>>>>* >>>>>*>>>>>* ********************************************************************************** I have put together some more information on mining claims that might answer some of your questions, please BE SURE to read this IN FULL before bidding: More Mining Claim Information ********************************************************************************** Well, now that the up front formalities are done for the moment, I will get back to expounding expansively on the voluminous virtues of this virgin val-hallah!!!!The claim offered here in this listing is the Henry Trend #7, a 40 acre placer gold claim; AMC388724. The claim is in Section 4, Township 6N, Range 3W. This claim encompasses portions of the following quarter section, NW1/4 SE1/4 SEC9 T7N R4W, Gila Salt River Base and Meridian, Arizona. It is approximately 3 miles East of Wickenburg by way the crow flies and 6 miles by road, and 7 miles Northeast of Morristown. This claim lies 3 miles Southwest of the active Carson mine, 3.5 miles North of the active Hansen pit, and 2 miles Northwest of our active Golden Dragon mine and 1 mile Northeast of the famous Hassayampa Placers that were responsible for the very first Spanish settlements in the Wickenburg area in the early 1800's. It is also less than 2 miles from some of the very first claims in the state located by George Massey (the founder of the GPAA). A rich area indeed. This claim is also part of a former lode strike held and researched by Ranchers Exploration and later sold in the 70's to Newmont Gold Corporation. Newmont subsequently developed interests in lower grade mines in other countries where the rate of labor was $1 per day and lower environmental restrictions. They were distracted with these projects, and the Henry Trend claims slipped from their grasp into mine. This claim is also upstrike on the same trend of two extremely rich 40 acre patented gold placer claims where old man Goode made his fortune. This claim also lies West of five claims patented in the very early 1900's (1903 to 1909), and just 3 miles Southwest of the famous patented Monarch Mine. There are 3 access routes to this claim, one of which is accessible by a high clearance 2WD pickup or SUV. It has recently been brought to my attention that many claims being sold today are so rough, remote, and rugged as to be only accessible by helicopter, or a long hike involving some extreme climbing. This claim can be accessed by a high clearance 2WD, no hiking needed. The old 1880's Wickenburg to Phoenix Stage Line Road runs 2 miles Northeast of the claim, and the ruins of several of the old stage stops can still be seen along this route, along with numerous ruins of old miners cabins. The Henry Trend #2 claim has been tested, and a fair amount of coarse crystalline gold has been found on the claim. ********************************************************************************** Highgraders take note, all of the claims in this and the surrounding sections are fully and legally staked, the assessment work is up to date, and I or my customers own them all. I patrol these claims on random alternating days. These claims are clearly posted. You are not metal detecting for relics, as that is now illegal. You are not metal detecting for metorites, as those are now mineral within the claim boundary, and belong to the legal possesor of the mineral title. In other words, you have absolutely NO BUSINESS on these claims with metal detectors, or digging implements of any kind. I have discussed this matter with the Director of Mines and Mineral Resources of the State of Arizona, and the Attorneys thereof. They state that not only is it my right to run you off of the claim, if I see so much as a shovel, but that it is also my duty. Upon the first offense, the Sheriff will be summoned, an injunction filed in court, and an order of protection served which will prevent you from approaching within one quarter mile of any real property belonging to Red Spider Mining and Exploration. In other words, you will be blocked completely out of the San Domingo and Little San Domingo Placers. If you have any doubts as to whether you can be prosecuted for Felony Trespass on a mineral claim, you are more than welcome to attend ongoing court proceedings in Yavapai County regarding prosecution of two suspects who were caught and photographed highgrading a customers claim with two dredges in full view of corner posts and location notices. These two "gentlemen" spent the night in jail, had search warrants served on their homes, and when convicted, will be fined, and sentenced to anger management classes, community service, and possibly jail time at the Judges discretion. It is much easier to join a club, or buy a claim like any normal law abiding citizen. If this were some 160 acre claim slapped down on a miniscule amount of microscopic flour gold, this notice would not be necessary. ********************************************************************************** Other gemstones, lapidary rough, and salable mineral specimens to be found on the claim include picture jasper (most mines sell good quality picture jasper rough for 10 to 20 dollars a pound and there are thousands of pounds on this claim), chalcedony, real natural undeyed pink agate, lace agate, dendridic agate (many of these agate specimens on this claim are high end collector specimens and I have seen high end agate specimen collectors pay as much as $5,000 for a rare specimen they had to have. There are thousands of these type of specimens on the claim), zoisite, corundum, calcium carbonate, Epidote, beautiful pegmatite associated gemstones such as Moonstone and Red sunstone that I have sold on eBay for over three dollars a carat (That's OVER SIX THOUSAND DOLLARS PER POUND, and there are HUNDREDS OF POUNDS ON THE CLAIM!!!); Ametrine, Bright green Rainbow Jade, Smoky Quartz, Harlequin Quartz, Tangerine Quartz, Lepidolite, Fuchsite, Chlorargyrite (Silver), Mica; rare Pegmatite minerals such as Lithium and associated minerals ; Gold and Silver minerals in Quartz, Black Schorl Tourmaline, Tourmalated Quartz, and REAL GEM HEMATITE (not the man made "Hemalyke" that is generally sold as real Hematite on eBay. If your "Hematite" has a choncoidal fracture, then it is the manmade "Hemalyke", and not the far more rare natural Gem Hematite)! All a person would need to do to recover their buy it now price on this claim is simply gather, cut, cab, and sell a few pounds of any one of the varieties of gemstone found on this claim. After that, THE GOLD IS GRAVY!! As a matter of fact, any gemstone or mineral found on several hundred acres of the Gold Fault, Gold Finger, Upper Dragon, and Henry Trend lode and placer belts can be found on this claim, due to alluvial placement. The coarsest most crystalline gold was formed in place on the claim from Epithermal and Hydrothermal vein, and Disseminated Load, the preponderence being hydrothermal veins associated with massive pegmatite dikes, disseminated zenachrys and phenochrys in porphery rhyolite, quartzite and basalt, with some glacial conglomerate surviving this more recent activity. Some of the gold was brought in by the Monarch, Henry, Mockingbird, and Gold Finger tertiary channels. This claim is slightly upstrike from where 26.75 ounce, 11 ounce, 7 ounce, and 3 ounce nuggets were found over the last few winters. There are several good sized gullies on this claim in which the placer gold is replenished from alluvial pediments every year by winter and monsoon rains. You wont have your mining restricted to 3 months out of the year, as there are no endangered fish or other aquatic wildlife here. Although this claim is not located in lush forest, it also is not buried under 6 feet of snow 9 months out of the year, and closed to access due to fire danger the other three months, you don't have to bring your own oxygen, you wont have to grow webbed feet and gills, and therefore this would make a wonderful winter escape for the snow/rain/flood/humidity weary miner or outdoor enthusiast. This claim contains some of the most beautiful desert and regal wildlife in the entire Southwest. I would say it is definitely "Arizona Highways" class scenery. The Henry Trend #2 claim is just West of a claim group (Jubilation #1,2,and 3) we have held since 1974. Now, as to why we are selling this claim. I was seriously injured in a mining accident three years ago at an open pit mine where I was the supervisor. I was unable to continue my duties, and cannot raise 5 kids on $1000 per month SSI, so we opted out of the system, and this is currently how we are paying our mortgage and utility bills and buying groceries. Also some have asked why we don't mine these ourselves. Well, my back has greatly improved, and I'm feeling spanky again. I have discovered an old mine that I have been seeking for decades. I consider this to be one of the richest mines in the world and am selling some of my better placer claims to buy some hardrock milling equipment. See pics of me in the "Treasure Room" of the old mine!To get an idea of how large of a parcel 40 acres is, find an extremely large open area, pack a lunch and plenty of water, and get ready to walk. A 6 ft tall person covers approximately 3 feet in a long stride or "pace". Therefore, if you mark a beginning point and walk in one direction counting 440 of these long strides, you have traversed one side of a square 40 acre tract. Turn at a right angle and and count 440 more of these long strides. Then turn at a right angle once again, counting 440 more long strides. Then turn again at right angles and count 440 more long strides, returning to the point of origin. You have now traversed the approximate perimeter of a square 40 acre tract. In the test results pictured on this claim listing, I ran a total of 8 five gallon buckets of material from the listed claim. A good amount of coarse untraveled crystalline gold, and possibly platinum bearing hematite, barite, scheelite (tungsten silicate), corundum, and bismuth was found in this small test. Below are pictures of the gold that came from this testing. THIS GOLD came from THIS CLAIM, not just "FROM THE AREA". All of the gold in the pictures below, came from JUST 8 FIVE GALLON BUCKETS OF DIRT!!!!! An impressive amount of gold found on a nearby claim during the new owners first 2 weeks on the claim. The most spectacular, grand, and rare horticultural specimens on earth reside nearby. "Crested" Saguaro(pronounced suh-WAR-oh), the result of a genetic mutation which only occurs in 1 in 150,000 Saguaros. This mutation results in a "Crest" on the top of the cactus that looks like the comb on a rooster. Some of these specimens are far more impressive than others. In 40 years of desert exploration, I have catalogued 12 of these specimens, and this one is by far the largest and most spectacular of them all. Although this specimen is easily worth $150,000.00, it belongs to the Public, is protected by the Federal Government, and theft or damage of this specimen is a felony. Any potential "cactus rustlers" reading this listing should take note that all of the above mentioned specimens have been implanted with microchips, and can be tracked by satellite. Extremely rare Crested Saguaro on a nearby claim. CLICK HERE FOR MORE PICS OF THE CRESTED SAGUAROS. Lush High Sonoran Vegetation covers this claim. The Herbal Kingdom imitates the Insect Kingdom as a Sundrop delicately spreads its new wings. Oenothera Primiveris of the Onagracea family (Bottle Evening Primrose, also known as a "Sundrop") waste no time in taking advantage of a brief interlude in the 10 year drought. A carpet of wildflowers covers the claim each spring and early summer.Spectacular gem grade Sunstone from the claim. High grade Moonstone from the claim. Many low lying areas, depressions, washes, and gullies on the claim have been concentrating placer gold for thousands of years.Gold producing geological features are prominent and easily identifiable on the claim, and in the area. Giant Saguaros guard the treasures on the claim. These stately sentinels have stood for many a century on this claim. Gem grade harlequin quartz from the claim. Gem grade Oxblood Agate from the claim. Location monument of the Henry Trend #7. Southeast corner of the Henry Trend #7. Brecciated Jasper from the claim. Jagged and shallow bedrock makes for easy pickins for the prospector. Massive Angelwing agate specimens from the claim. The Staghorn Cholla opens its blooms to the Spring morning sun. High temp hydrothermal lode quartz veins in place on the claim.Gold bearing clay banks abound on the claim. This Chalcedony from the claim fluoresces green and purple under Short Wave Ultra Violet light. Corundum and Spinel bearing Zoisite with Epidot from the claim. The washes on this claim are chock full of gold bearing black sand concentrates. Southwest corner of the claim. Old Prospectors burro pack trail crossing the claim. This was the main route for prospectors between the first european settlement on the hassayampa (Brill Station) and the Wickenburg Mountans placer fields and lode mines. The trail is currently used and maintained by the Wickenburg Saddle Club. Lode Quartz specimens from the claim. Black Schorl tourmaline in Pegmatite from the claim. Northwest corner of the claim. Stunning Sonoran Vistas can be seen from the claim. Good camp spots are plentiful and easy to find on the claim.Gold and trace Platinum bearing Hematite crystals in Sunstone with Moonstone from the claim. Unusual tourmilated Quartz with precious metal sulfides and oxides from the claim.Fairy Dusters dance in the morning light. Globe Mallow, one of the many useful herbs on the claim. Gold found during the last visit of an nearby claim's new owner. A Phainopepla Nitens feasts on Desert Mistletoe berries in the spring.Remnants of Hurricane "Paul" roll across the desert. These are the late summer storms that are hard on the roads, but replenish the gold in the low lying areas. One of the many useful herbs in the Sonoran Desert, the Desert Hackberry produces in profusion. Old well on nearby patented property. Cabin site was in the area at the upper right of the first picture. These pictures were taken before the winter rains. I just checked this well a little while back, and the water table is still visible. There is a herd of Mule Deer that beds nearby during the day, and waters twice daily at a nearby Creek, along with the Quail, Dove, Cardinals, Sparrows, Thrushes, Hawks, Owls, Eagles, Rabbits, Raccoons, Badgers, Silver and Red Fox, Coyotes, Javalina, Bobcat, Burros, and the list goes on ad infinum. Local Residents, decendants of my ancestors' ore haulers. We have many very happy customers who have purchased claims from us. Myron and Lena came out a while back for a trip to the claim they purchased from us. Myron is a seasoned prospector and went to a part of his claim that I hadn't been too impressed with in testing. I went out to visit him and see how he was doing, and what he had in his pan from a morning's work flat knocked my socks off! My testing had indicated that most of the coarse gold was on the North half of the claim, but the "plunkers" Myron found blew that theory away! One of Myron's "glory holes".Click below for more pictures of the fun our customers have on their claims!FUN ON THE CLAIMS! Hansons' massive open pit mine several miles Southeast of the claim, below Thunder Canyon on the San Domingo by US60. Summer Monsoons roll into the Bradshaws to replenish the desert.A picture is worth a thousand words! Dawn of another glorious Arizona day! The days begin and end in a blaze of glory in Arizona! Another famous Arizona sunset! Brill Dam, constructed in the 1880's, built of giant dark purple rhyolite blocks quarried on site, has long been one of my "Secret Places" where I have cooled my heels and healed my soul since I was a child. This dam is on patented land, immediately above the confluence of Willow Spring Creek and the San Domingo, on the San Domingo. Very few people know of this pristine paradise since it is well hidden even from ariel view by huge cottonwood and willow trees. Deep shafts and ore stockpiles can still be seen on an nearby claim, where they were abandoned at the beginning of World War 2. The pictures shown of mill equipment are of an antique hard rock mill on our nearby claim. I believe this mill began duty as a processing point for lucrative hard rock gold ore from surrounding claims, and was subsequently converted to a niobium/tantalum mill when high grade columbite was discovered nearby in 1967. Tantalum currently sells for $50 per oz., and some varieties of the columbite crystals from which Tantalum is extracted sell for thousands of dollars each!! Although this property contains gold, your prospecting options here will not be limited to those, for on the property, or within a short drive from this miner's paradise are to be found more geological treasures than I have time or space to list, but list a brief sampling I shall. There are gem grade spessartine and grossular garnet, extremely rare columbite (tantalite/niobium) crystals in pegmatite with muscovite and crystalline quartz, travertine, serpentine, malachite, azurite, brochantite, ajoite, shattuckite, barite, beryl, bornite, calcite, fluorite, fluorescent minerals of mind boggling variety and intensity, gem silica chrysocolla, turquoise, crocoite, wulfentie, vanadinite, cuprite, diopside, dioptase, dumortierite, epidote, halite, hematite, hemihedrite, linarite, peridot, almost any form of quartz conceivable (magnificent red, black, pink and yellow crystals, scepter amethyst, smokey quartz, rose quartz, saganite, chalcedony, fortification agate, fire agate, petrified wood, and just recently, I found some giant purple rhyolite geodes with spectacular citrine crystals inside!!!!), rare earth, platinum, Apache tears, giant black schorl tourmaline crystals, monsterous beryl crystals, topaz, jasper, and the list goes on!!!Black sands in the area are very heavy and metallic containing gold, magnetite, hematite, zircon, garnet, nickel, chromium, titanium, tungsten, tantalum, noibium, trace platinates, etc., etc., ad infinum.Click below for pictures of a very small sampling of gemstones we have mined in the area (not on this particular claim).GEMSTONES MINED IN THE AREASampling of small pieces of Gold panned from the San Domingo (not on this claim). Gold from this region is of the finest purity and character. (These are obviously NOT gold spray painted rocks in a pan!) Flora and Fauna are unbelievably profuse in the area, with visitors ranging from the occasional mountain lion to the ever present and inquisitive Gambel's Quail. This is a virtual open-air aviary with a plethora of peregrine and other falcon, many varieties of hawk, eagle and owl, scrub jays, the raucous blue jay, turkey vultures, crows, cardinal, finch, sparrow, robin, lark, wren, mourning dove, hummingbird, and the list goes on. A Hawk guards the memorial to Rattlesnake Lil's son. He was killed in WWII and this memorial has stood since then with the locals help after Rattlesnake Lil died. Giant Turkey Vulture guarding her young. The Turkey Vulture takes powerful flight as I approach her nest. The mammals on and around the property are regal in size due to the plenitude of forage and water in the area. Boone and Crocket class mule deer come to water at the seasonal creek, as well as javelina, cotton tail, jack rabbit, squirrel, raccoon, mountain lion, bobcat, silver fox, coyote, and the occasional lobo wolf.In the evening the antics of the bats and nighthawks in pursuit of insects are quite comical. The rising of the full moon over the Bradshaws, seen through the forest of saguaros (some of whom were seedlings when this country was young) in this area, would bring goose bumps to the skin of the most aristocratic world traveler, jaded by repeated viewing of the most awe inspiring vistas on earth. In this area, in the spring and early summer, carpets of wild flowers and useful medicinal herbs in season are infinitely diverse in color and variety; a person could spend a lifetime learning the names and properties of them all. CLICK HERE FOR MORE PICTURES OF THE WILDFLOWERS AND HERBS IN THE AREAJojoba bushes are one of the most useful herbs here providing a yearly bountiful crop of Jojoba beans, from which the elixer of life is extracted, and used to produce many of the widely used health care products available today.World class candies and jellies are made from the fruit of the Prickly Pear cactus, and the fruits, along with other cactus fruits, were a staple food for the Native Americans in the desert. The "meat" of the pad, if eaten raw, has been said to cure Diabetes in any form. This area is a true entomologists fantasy, with several hundred varieties of butterfly alone; a walk alone in a flight of millions of monarchs is an awestruck communing with Original Intelligence. CLICK HERE FOR MORE PICTURES OF THE INSECT LIFE TO BE FOUND IN THE AREAThe reptiles in the area are rather inquisitive. Reptile watching in this area is fabulous, with varieties ranging from smaller blue whiptail lizards and orange geckos up through larger horned lizards, collared lizards, spiny lizards, chuckwallas, desert iguanas (pictured below), all the way up to the rather large (to 24") Gila Monsters. Speaking of Gila Monsters, I recently came across a very large one sunning himself on some rocks. It is hard to tell from the pictures, but this guy's (or girl's) head was about the size of my fist! If you come across one of these out in the wild, stay back and take a few pictures, but DON'T try to pick it up because it is poisonous and protected. Recently, during my frequent wanderings in this area, I came across an extremely rare find! A large female Desert Tortoise! In 39 years of desert wandering, this is only the 4th and by far the largest I've ever seen. If you run across one of these quiet creatures, be very careful not to disturb it or any nest nearby, as they are very endangered. Take your pictures and leave it in peace. Well, it seems the grizzled old prospector has been caught prattling on about nothing again, and must return to the description of the claim offered here. This is an unpatented mining claim, and although there is a current moratorium on patenting claims, it comes up for review each year. There is a similar sized placer claim nearby to the east on hard caliche with very little flora and fauna. It was patented in 1994, and its current estimated value is around $10,000,000.00!!!!If you file your paperwork every year, you will be first in line to file patent on this claim if the moratorium is lifted. Unfortunately, you would be paying taxes on this property after that point in time. I am in no way guaranteeing that this is the way it will work for you. I am merely stating that this is the way it has worked for countless other private citizens and developers who have built golf courses, shopping centers, and resort homes over the tops of still rich mines.Which brings up another subject. Upon purchase of this claim, we will take care of the transfer of ownership papers and file them for you at no extra charge. We will also give you instructions on yearly paperwork filing. This claim is fully and legally staked, posted, and located, and the paperwork is up to date. This claim is approximately 3 miles East (as the crow flies) of the exclusive world famous old west town of Wickenburg, Arizona, which has a corporate jet compatible/ state of the art airport, and world class golf course. Although this claim is only about 2 miles from multi million dollar homes with private airstrips and in house hangars with acres of prize horse housing, private arenas, tennis courts, and so on, it is also at the end of the line, the jumping off point for civilization, for it is quite near the Hell's Gate and Castle Creek federal wilderness areas. So you can see, whether you are a hermit philosopher (like me!) looking for solitude and commune with nature, a corporate jet-setter, or anything in between, this claim is on the perfect multi use land for you!!!If you are an off road A.T.V. enthusiast, there are thousands of miles of pristine marked and mapped trails that could not be explored in a lifetime with a freighter of fuel! For the western horseman/person this is the fantasy of a lifetime, the views are spectacular, springs everywhere, and working ranches numerous. The hard core bass fishing/watersports enthusiast will be happy to know that there is world class bass tournament fishing with a well appointed resort marina 20 nautical miles to the east at the 14,000 surface acre Lake Pleasant on the Agua Fria River!!!The aeronautical enthusiast will be elated to find a state of the art sailport with extensive hanger facilities and world class thermals at Turf Soaring School and R.V. Park south of Lake Pleasant!!!So what would you pay for a campground membership where you own nothing but the right to try to schedule a short stay around the schedules of hundreds of other people? $3,000? $5,000? $10,000?This is also not a membership claim that has been picked over by hundreds of other members, and you don't have to worry about somebody moving in on your "glory hole" in the afternoon when you quit for the day and cleaning out the 12 ounce pocket you left behind (this really happened on a membership claim!).We are established sellers and physical business owners with extensive references, great feedback, and have been at our current location since 1969.
